Port City provides our dealers with a variety of tools that can be used to call on prospective golf courses or other clients in their area. Our catalogue is available in both PDF versions (see above) or printed versions to showcase our capabilities to your customers. All of our literature can be customized to incorporate your company name, contact info, or even your own company logo. This allows our dealers to showcase the product without fear that the client will contact us directly. Although Port City only sells our golf products through authorized dealers, adding your company information only ensures that the courses you deal with will call you directly.

Do you have a traveling sales team calling in customers?

We can provide each one of your reps with both digital and printed copies of our catalogue to showcase the product. We can also help you locate courses within your area to build a database of potential customers.

This seems complicated, how do I obtain a quote or place an order?

Port City will take care of all the quoting, product approval drawings, custom requests and anything else needed. We also have a variety of product order forms available on our website that can be download, printed or emailed to your customers to help better determine their needs. Once you have collected all the needed information simply pass it along to us and we will provide you with a formal quotation. Port City also has a printed pricelist available that dealers can use to quickly and easily determine their costs on a product if they would rather not wait for our response. All quotes and drawings are provided within 24 hours of the request, in most times just minutes!

Are Port City dealers assigned territories?

Our dealers are located all over the country, many of our resellers work with customers outside their geographical area. We do not assign specific territories to dealers of our products.

How much do I markup the prices given?

We leave it up to our customers to determine the prices they charge. If you have questions regarding an acceptable markup so that your company delivers a fair and competitive price please call us.
